IRRESISTIBLE COOKIES Cream together: 2 cups butter 2 cups brown sugar 2 cups white sugar Beat in: 4 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla Sift together and add: 4 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking soda Add: 3 cups golden raisins 3 cups coarse pecans 2 cups old fashioned oats 3 cups orange almond granola 2 cups chopped dates Drop dough by tablespoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for approx. 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy! Makes a large batch of very healthy and YUMMY cookies!!
